Solution:

  1. Check your login details. Go to: Settings –> Oder Systems –> “The system the oder was received with”.
  2. Find GLS –> Settings –> Edit shiper.
  3. Fill in or check your settings.

This can in rare cases just be a temporary error. Try to simply send the order again.
