Sometimes errors happen, there no way around it. But there is some tricks you can learn, so you can quickly identify errors and quickly get back to shipping.

You are always welcome to contact us on chat, mail or phone.

Go into the order you are experiencing problems with and there is a good chance that you will see a red bar with an error message.

You can report this error and the oder number to webshipper support.

If you scroll to the bottom, you will see an activity log. This is handy for checking the events for the shipment.

You can see which email address the tracking email was sent to, among other things.

If there is an red exclamation mark triangle in the log you can report it to Webshipper Support.
